The 2024 F1 season kicks off with winter testing in Sakhir, Bahrain. Teams and drivers prepare for intense sessions ahead of the first race, promising thrilling developments and strategic insights.
Formula 1 has landed in Sakhir at the Bahrain Grand Prix circuit for the three days of winter testing preceding the opening race of the 2024 season, from Wednesday to Friday.
It’s worth noting that Haas F1 and McLaren completed their second day of shakedown at the circuit yesterday, while Williams is set to launch its FW46 on the track for the first time today in Sakhir. This comes just before the initial testing begins.
F1Lead.com will, as always, cover these winter tests in their entirety, featuring live Twitch and YouTube broadcasts throughout the three days, from 8 am to noon and from 1 pm to 5 pm, French time. The live stream will be prominently displayed at the top of the website to ensure viewers miss nothing.
Teams Gear Up for F1 Testing
The 10 teams will have two 4-hour sessions per day, separated by a mandatory lunch break. We will produce a summary after each of these sessions, in addition to covering the news of the 10 teams and 20 drivers involved as comprehensively as possible, including statements and interviews that occur throughout the day.
Naturally, F1Lead.com will upload a daily gallery, regularly enriched, featuring several hundred high-definition photos each day, to capture every detail of the new single-seaters.
