Max Verstappen dominated the 2024 F1 team principals’ rankings, earning unanimous votes from all 10 team bosses across the grid.
Verstappen was unanimously voted the best F1 driver of the 2024 season by all 10 team principals, including those from Ferrari, Mercedes F1, and McLaren—a remarkable recognition.
As every year, Formula 1’s official website asked each team principal to rank their top 10 drivers of the season, using the sport’s current points system to tally the results and determine the definitive top 10.
Verstappen earned the maximum 250 points after being awarded first place by every team principal. He was followed by Lando Norris, who trailed by 72 points.
Charles Leclerc finished third and, like Norris, climbed one spot compared to the 2023 team principals’ rankings.
Oscar Piastri emerged as the biggest mover among top drivers, securing fourth place, three positions higher than last year.
Carlos Sainz finished fifth, also improving by one position compared to the 2023 rankings.
Lewis Hamilton dropped two places to seventh, while two-time world champion Fernando Alonso experienced the steepest decline, falling from second to ninth.
