Full Commitment: Horner's Decade Pledge with Red Bull

Christian Horner confirms his full commitment to Red Bull, pledging to lead the team until the end of the decade.

Christian Horner will finish the decade at the helm of Red Bull before considering his future. The Milton Keynes team principal confirms his full involvement with the British outfit, despite harassment allegations made against him early last year by his former assistant, which briefly shook his position.

“I’m committed to Red Bull until the end of the decade. My commitment remains total,” stated Horner, who continues to evolve in his role. “You’re always learning in life, always applying lessons. The day you think you know everything or stop learning is the day you fall behind.”

“It’s the same in life, the same with the car, the same with everything—you’re always learning and applying the lessons you’ve gained to do better in the future.”

In light of these accusations, his counterparts Toto Wolff and Zak Brown had demanded clarity from Red Bull, which didn’t surprise Horner. He recalls leaning on his team’s support at the time: “I don’t think you should take these things personally.”

“You need thick skin in this business and must stay focused on your beliefs and commitments. We have a strong workforce, with great loyalty among our employees and a passion for what they do. Without that passion, we wouldn’t have achieved the results we’ve had.”
