Williams F1 presents its FW47, showcasing a striking new livery and renewed ambitions as the team gears up for the upcoming season.

One day after McLaren, Williams unveiled its FW47 during a Silverstone shakedown that the team live-streamed.
Like McLaren, Williams presented its car in a one-off livery, with its actual 2025 design set to be revealed during F1’s O2 event.

Williams has officially unveiled the 2025 FW47 livery at Formula 1’s collective season launch at the O2 Arena, marking a significant moment for the team as it enters a new chapter with title sponsor Atlassian.
Having already debuted its FW47 last week in a bold live-streamed shakedown at Silverstone, Williams initially ran a one-off black-and-blue testing livery, keeping its definitive race design under wraps until the high-profile London event. This strategic delay allowed the team to spotlight its new partnership with Atlassian—its first title sponsor since the ill-fated ROKiT deal collapsed in 2020.
At the O2, Williams showcased a showcar featuring a refined yet familiar livery, while the real FW47 is already en route to Bahrain for pre-season testing next week.
Adding to the occasion, Williams’ marquee signing for 2025, Carlos Sainz, joined new teammate Alex Albon and team principal James Vowles on stage.
“Tonight was a truly special moment for Atlassian Williams Racing as we revealed the FW47 livery to the world at F1 75 Live,” said Vowles. “This car represents the dedication and hard work of every individual at HQ striving to return this team to where it belongs.”
Vowles also highlighted the immense support from Williams’ passionate fanbase. “Seeing the incredible energy from our fans, both here and around the world, is a reminder of why we do this. We’re on this journey together. There’s so much to look forward to this season, and we can’t wait to hit the track and make you all proud.”
With a fresh look, renewed ambition, and a high-profile driver pairing, Williams enters 2025 determined to reclaim its place at the sharp end of the grid.
