Haas F1 announces the launch date for their 2023 livery

The Haas F1 Team has set January 31st as the date to reveal their updated livery for the 2023 Formula 1 season.

Haas F1 Team will be the first team to reveal their new look for the 2023 season, ahead of Red Bull’s full team launch on February 3rd.

However, it should be noted that the Haas event is only for the unveil of the new livery and it is expected that Haas will use either generic or outdated car models as a basis for the reveal. In contrast, Red Bull’s full team launch is expected to showcase the brand new 2023 chassis.

The Haas F1 Team will be using the VF-23 as their car for the 2023 Formula 1 season, which will be their 8th car since joining Formula 1 in 2016. The team’s drivers will be Kevin Magnussen and Nico Hulkenberg, with Emerson Fittipaldi continuing in the role of reserve driver.

Haas F1 Team has updated its logo for the 2023 season after securing a multi-year title sponsorship deal with MoneyGram, however, the team has retained its traditional red, white and black color scheme.

Haas had previously also revealed their livery in a digital format last year. Similarly, Williams team is also planning to unveil their livery on February 6th through a digital event.

AlphaTauri has chosen to unveil their livery for the 2023 season through a digital event, which is scheduled to take place on February 11th in New York City.

It is likely that Haas, Williams, and AlphaTauri will unveil their new cars during the three-day pre-season test session in Bahrain International Circuit on February 23rd to 25th.

Some teams are planning to use ‘filming days’ for a private run of the new cars before the pre-season test session, these days will not be open for public and press.

All Formula 1 teams have announced the dates for their respective launch events, with Haas being the first to reveal their new livery. A notable event on February 13th will see both McLaren and Aston Martin revealing their cars in separate locations, McLaren in Woking and Aston Martin at Silverstone.

Ferrari will unveil their new car on Valentine’s day, Mercedes and Alpine will be the last to reveal their cars on February 15th and February 16th respectively.
