F1 – THE COLOR SILVER APPEARS TO BE BACK ON MERCEDES 2021 LIVERY

F1 2021 livery – Mercedes have been teasing fans on social media with up close shots of its car, including the roll hoop which continues to feature ‘INEOS’ branding following the chemical companies one-third investment in the team.
Mercedes released the biggest 2021 livery tease yet, ahead of the W12 launch on March 2. The color silver appears to be back!
Although the tease doesn’t reveal the complete look of the new car, it seems to indicate that the new color scheme will be black, red and silver. Take a look for yourself below.
On Saturday, Mercedes provided the first glimpse of what appears to be its full livery for the upcoming campaign.
The photo released showed the W12 sporting a black livery that fades to silver towards the rear of the car, with Petronas’ iconic turquoise colour also running along the side of the car.
After taking a one-third equal stake in Mercedes alongside Daimler and Toto Wolff, Ineos’ branding and red colours are once again set to feature prominently on the W12.
Mercedes team principal Wolff confirmed at the season-ending Abu Dhabi Grand Prix that the team would be continuing to run its cars in a black livery this year in its continued stand against racism.
The W12 will is set to be revealed in full on Tuesday morning.
Mercedes is hoping its latest F1 challenger can power it to an eighth consecutive world championship double in 2021, with Lewis Hamilton gunning for his eighth drivers’ world title.
