MOTORSPORT : “HAAS NEGOTIATING WITH PEREZ” GROSJEAN & MAGNUSSEN OUT?

Haas team boss Günther Steiner recently announced that it is possible to drive with two new drivers for 2021.
After the Racing Point chapter, the Mexican is working to stay in Formula 1. The most likely destination is the Haas, a team that according to the latest rumors intends to replace both of its current drivers.
Sergio Perez must make way for Sebastian Vettel at Racing Point at the end of 2020. Despite a previously signed contract for a seat with Racing Point for 2021, the Mexican looks like he is now on his way to Haas.
Haas Formula 1 team negotiating with Sergio Perez, writes Motorsport Italia. The Racing Point driver will have to make way for Sebastian Vettel next season, who will make the switch from Ferrari.
Perez seemed doubtful about his intentions to pursue a further career in F1, but the latest rumors indicate that the Mexican will remain in Formula 1.
According to the Italian branch of Motorsport, the negotiations have already reached a promising point. The U.S. team may be the only concrete opportunity for Perez to secure his future in Formula 1.
Haas hasn’t confirmed a single driver yet for the 2021 season, and there may well be two new drivers next season.
Where the seat next to Max Verstappen at Red Bull Racing still isn’t filled yet, the most realistic option seems to be to switch to Haas.
According to the Italian medium, the option is Günther Steiner’s race stable: Haas. There one would look at all the options and it could be that Kevin Magnussen and Romain Grosjean both leave the team.
Perez is on the radar, but also Nico Hulkenberg, Robert Shwartzman and Callum Ilott are options for the American stable. However, Perez seems to be the main candidate now, but it is still unclear whether the current line-up of the team will be completely overhauled.
