WOLFF WOULD BE A GOOD REPLACEMENT FOR MATTIA BINOTTO AT THE SCUDERIA !

After a disastrous start to the season, Ferrari will be hoping to make up for some lost ground at the Italian Grand Prix. The Maranello-based outfit comes to Italy with only 203 points and hungry for more.
Toto Wolff shakes off all rumors about a possible switch to Ferrari. The Italian team has major management problems and according to Italian media, Wolff would be a good replacement for Mattia Binotto at the Scuderia.
“Everybody dreams of Ferrari, that’s normal”, Wolff said in an interview with Sky Italia. “It’s the same with the drivers. Ferrari is the most important brand in Formula 1 and it is equally important that they return to fighting to win.”
Yet Wolff immediately waves the rumours away and says he’s not thinking of switching to the Scuderia. “But I’m part of Mercedes and the team. I have a good relationship with the team and I feel good where I am. I’m fine here.”
However, the rumors continue because Wolff doesn’t have a contract yet for next seasons. “First of all, it is important to understand where this Formula 1 is going and it’s normal that negotiations to renew are not easy. But I think that in the coming weeks we will be able to close the discussions”, concludes the Austrian.
