On Tuesday morning Racefans announces that the complete Formula 1 calendar will consist of 17 races. In the meantime, Formula 1 has already completed six races, but the details of the season after the Grand Prix at Imola are not yet known. That seems to change now.
Where earlier mentioned the return of Jerez and Istanbul, Racefans is now able to report that Istanbul is actually returning to the Formula 1 calendar and that the race will take place on November 15th. Jerez is not on that predicted calendar, but still Formula 1 will reach 17 races.
According to Racefans there will be two races in Bahrain (29 November and 6 December) and the final Grand Prix will be in Bahrain again on 12 December. For the time being, Formula 1 hasn’t announced anything yet and Jerez and Istanbul themselves haven’t heard anything yet.
