GROSJEAN AIMS FOR THE PODIUM IN 2020

Romain Grosjean has set quite the ambitious goal. He wishes to gift his team Haas their first podium in the history of Formula 1.

Grosjean aims for the podium in 2020. Romain has experienced a relatively successful chapter at the start of his Formula 1 career, during which he fulfilled his podium conquest no less than ten times in the service of the late team Lotus.

However, his last podium goes back to the Belgian Grand Prix in 2015, when he was only accompanied by Mercedes drivers; Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.

In a Q&A on Haas’ YouTube channel, when asked about what he wishes to accomplish with his car the following season, he indeed firmly answered: “A podium would be wonderful.”

If this were to happen, it would be the first podium for Haas, a team that has maintained its presence in this motorsport since 2015. The best performance of the team so far would be the fourth and fifth position at the Grand Prix of Austria in 2018.
